Develop Robust Biomarker Strategies in Record TiME
Multiplex immunofluorescence (mIF) panels and A.I.-driven image analysis are providing rapid, scalable biomarker identification for accurate tumor immune profiling.
How do I combine current techniques with new digital pathology tools?
What if you had the knowledge and technology to answer the following...
Tumor Immune Microenvironment (TiME) Biomarker Discovery
What is the most relevant assay for my study?
How do I rapidly optimize my assays without sacrificing quality?
How can I accurately detect changes in key biomarkers?
Providing answers that move your project forward
Advancements in digital pathology are revealing the complexity of the tumor immune microenvironment (TiME). While hematoxylin and eosin (H&E) tissue staining is an important technique used for medical diagnosis, it cannot provide the detailed resolution required for biomarker analysis. The addition of multiplex immunohistochemistry (mIHC) and multiplex immunofluorescence (mIF) technologies has enabled deep spatial analysis of immune cell populations within the TiME and a better understanding of the factors influencing patient therapeutic response.
Download our article “Getting TiME on Your Side” and discover how InSituPlex®-based mIF panels:
- Easily integrate into standard robotic autostainer workflows
- Protect the integrity of precious samples
- Enable greater sensitivity of biomarker detection over IHC
- Reduce assay development timelines from months to weeks
- Produce highly accurate and reproducible data

Existing mIHC/IF technologies, however, often require tedious optimization, only work on specific instruments, or require long turnaround times. For assays to be readily adopted for routine use, they must provide high quality, reproducible data that is easily generated and analyzed with high accuracy.
